Spring Campout Update

We are right on track for our annual gathering at Cazadero, starting May 30th this year. With its scenic site, nearby location, low cost and stellar program, this event is always memorable for Sufis from around the Bay Area and beyond. This year our leaders will include Tui, Mustaqim, Khushi, Gayatri, Michael Gest, Aamil, Malika and more. Again this year Shaffee will lead an "instant" Sufi choir for any and all singers, and also the Healing Ritual; Gayatri and Patty will facilitate Authentic Movement, Khushi will lead a sobhet / inquiry session Aamil will lead the Hadrat zikr, Michael will offer an extra class on Kabbala, Mustaqim will lead kirtan and meditation, and we will share Sufi dances and practices throughout, with dances and zikrs both Friday and Saturday evening. This year we are bringing back the Kids' Camp program as well. Pre-registration requested, full fee is $85 for the weekend including one meal, our Saturday evening feast. Prophet Mohammed states, "I was a hidden treasure and I wished to be known." With the grace of God, the guidance of our inspired teaching staff, and the support of our whole Sufi family, we help each other awaken to our true nature and illuminate the jewel within our heart.

Ruhaniat Publications announces a new CD package of this mystical masterpiece, inspired by the historical Saladin, the Muslim Sultan who liberated Jerusalem from the crusaders. His military brilliance was surpassed only by his tolerance and understanding, and his honorable and chivalric treatment of his captives. In his address to the captives, he invokes the universal spiritual message of mercy and compassion and draws from the essential truths which are embedded in all spiritual traditions.

This is the Nirvana of the wave. Yet all vibrations have their
Nirvana when they reunite with their source, and all that has name
finds its Nirvana when it is reunited with its source -- which can
only properly be termed the Nameless, although man has been pleased
to call it God, Allah, Brahma and given it other terms. This is good
so long as the Reality is not confused by the concept.
